Lito Macawile

Lito joined Palmers in October 2024 and supports the accounting team with reporting, BAS preparation, taxation work and client documentation. Working closely with the team in Sydney, he enjoys applying the Accountancy skills he gained at university and values the chance to keep learning through real, hands-on work.

His story is one of perseverance — from earning a full university scholarship to juggling jobs, including selling ice cream sticks, to support his education. Lito brings that same determination to Palmers, contributing across both accounting and admin when needed.

Outside work, he has been a choir member since 2012 and enjoys running (yes he did a marathon!) trekking, table tennis, badminton, and generally approaching life with positivity and humour.
