Karen del Prado

Karen brings extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leaders including Ron and Roxley across accounting, administration and client coordination. She thrives in roles built on trust, autonomy and organisation, ensuring the people she supports are always one step ahead. 

She enjoys being part of Palmers’ diverse, multicultural environment and values the opportunity to keep learning every day. Karen is highly adaptable, quick to anticipate needs and always focused on creating seamless processes behind the scenes. Her ability to work confidently across different cultures and communication styles makes her an invaluable link between Cebu and the Australian team.

Outside work, she loves travelling and spending time with friends — and at home she’s happiest surrounded by dogs. With two dogs of her own, plus the many pets she regularly dog-sits for friends and family, a house of furry chaos is her happy place.
