Grahame brings extensive experience advising business owners and affluent families, with a strong focus on navigating complex business, tax and financial decisions.

A Chartered Accountant and qualified tax specialist, Grahame holds a Master of Tax qualification and is a registered Tax Agent. His technical expertise spans business acquisitions and disposals, business restructures, capital gains tax concessions, property developments, GST, employee remuneration strategies, international business structures and succession planning.

He also works with clients on complex tax matters, including ATO disputes, helping them understand their position, consider their options and make informed decisions.

At Palmers, Grahame takes a considered, practical approach to understanding each client’s circumstances. He recognises that business and personal financial decisions are often closely connected, and values the importance of looking beyond the immediate issue to understand the bigger picture.

Having recently relocated to Sydney after 20 years in Melbourne, following his early years in Canberra, Grahame is enjoying getting to know the Northern Beaches. Outside work, you’ll often find him enjoying the beach or involved in surf lifesaving. He’s also a keen AFL follower, supporting Geelong, and is currently on the lookout for an NRL team to adopt.
