Heather was a dental receptionist for over 20 years, so customer service is in her DNA. She moved into the world of finance for a change in direction and a new opportunity to grow her skills in a new environment.

She’s adept at directing and managing enquiries with efficiency and responding effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment. As the first point of contact for Palmers, her friendly, positive and organised approach supports the organisation in providing a high level of service and experience that is promised to our clients.

Heather spends her spare time reading, enjoying time with family and watching movies. She has a passion for true crime documentaries.
